our prevention services program has made it possible for those living with HIV/AIDS to receive sustained health treatments. Synergy Health Centers focuses on healthy living at the core of our community – especially focused on serving the needs of minority communities – African Americans, Hispanics, and those who are low-income.
From testing and prevention to the Minority AIDS Initiative linking individuals to care and our pharmacy program that ensures access to affordable medication – our goal is to impact the community we serve.
